You deserve some time off!

MDI MEDICAL offers the following time off program to Travelers/regular employees who work at least 39 hours a week.

PTO Criteria
Travelers who work with no break-in-service within a specified time frame will receive Paid Time Off. PTO is paid at the traveler’s average base pay rate. It does not include overtime or any special forms of compensation such as incentives, per diem, housing allowances, MDI MEDICAL paid housing, or shift differentials. If your average hours worked falls below 38.5 hours/week, you will be ineligible for this program.

Please note: any time that you may miss work, including long weekends, travel days or Holidays, will affect your average hours per week.

PTO will be paid once the following milestones are reached:

Hours Worked (Cumulative)	Days Accrued
1,000 hours	2
1,500 hours	1 additional day
2,000 hours	2 additional days
Total accumulated PTO days	5 days total
