Happy Anniversary!

MDI MEDICAL gives all of its rehab professionals an annual thank you gift every year. When you start traveling with MDI MEDICAL, your recruiter will consult with you so that you may choose your gift.

Travelers who are continuously employed with MDI MEDICAL at their anniversary date will receive the gift they have chosen. If there is a gap in employment of more than 30 days, their anniversary date will then be based on their re-hire date. Once your anniversary arrives, the gift of your choice will be shipped to you automatically. You don't have to do a single thing. If you want to change your gift, just contact before your anniversary date and MDI MEDICAL will send you the new choice. Value of the gift is dependent on number of years’ service and will vary in its approximate dollar value.

Approximate gift values for the rewards are as follows:

1 year	$300
2 years	$500
3 years	$1,000
4 years and up	$1,500
